My name is Ashley, and I am the founder of BA Virtual.

As a Virtual Assistant, I offer admin services to individuals and businesses to help ease stress and allow the time for you to focus on tasks that you enjoy doing. I love contributing to the success and growth of your business and/or personal life, and am proud to say I have helped clients across Canada since 2017.

My journey into this field was inspired by three things; the birth of my daughter in 2015, my interest and work experience in the medical field, and my relocation from the "big city" on Vancouver Island to a new town of only about 950 people! It was here where my lifestyle totally changed and I discovered a deep passion for outdoor living and suddenly had a desire to live more holistically, and ultimately, became a homesteader. It didn't take me long to realize after my daughter was born (and diagnosed with autism) that all I truly wanted in life was to spend as much time with my family as possible and be as healthy as I could be - something I had never cared about before she was born, or before moving here. I then became obsessed with all things health, often spending hours researching natural medicine.

Surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of nature, I found myself drawn to a more "old school" way of living. The serene, peaceful landscapes in our new home and simpler, slower pace of life fostered a deep connection with nature and a profound appreciation for the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.

It was during this time that I realized my true calling lay in supporting others who shared my passion for a life of wellness. I decided to combine my online/medical and administrative expertise with my newfound love for holistic living, and I founded BA Virtual with a singular mission: to empower holistic health practitioners to thrive in their businesses while staying true to their values and passions.

While I have enjoyed helping a variety of clients in the past, I feel my medical background and personal interests give me an advantage working in the holistic health industry. With BA Virtual, I'm dedicated to providing tailored support to health practitioners, empowering you to focus on your clients while I handle the administrative tasks with efficiency and care.
